Order Processing Time:

We process orders Monday to Saturday. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. If you do place an order on the weekend, we will begin fulfilling orders on the next business day. After an order is shipped, an automated shipping confirmation e-mail is sent out to you with the tracking information.

Order Tracking:

Order cancellation

If your order hasn't been shipped out yet, you can cancel it at any moment. If it has been shipped, it will be sent within 12-48 hours after you receive the order confirmation email. If the order has already been dispatched, Order cancellation is no longer covered under the shipping policy, and will instead be governed by the Returns and exchanges policy.

Damaged Items:

All products are carefully packaged for shipment, and damage case seldom happens. If you get damaged product, please take photos and contact us soon, our service will help you. (Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 48 hours after you get it). We will reply to you within 24 hours.

Lost Items

If the item gets lost during transit, Diveblues will bear full responsibility for any resulting harm and will either send a replacement item or issue a refund for your order.

In the event that the item is stolen after it has been delivered, Diveblues does not accept responsibility for the loss. However, Diveblues will assist the buyer in contacting the shipping company to attempt to retrieve the item.

Package Returned:

In order to for courier to contact you, please keep the mobile phone free during this period. If you do not receive the package in time, it will be returned to the place of shipment. We will not be responsible for any loss caused by this reason.

Custom Fees And Taxes:

All customs fees and taxes are paid by the Diveblues and the final price you pay on the website is inclusive of custom fees and taxes.
